Pricing
Fixed prices, published up front
Two services, each with a fixed price and a follow-up. You can see what it costs before you talk to us, and the price doesn't change with how much data you choose to share.
- No warehouse access needed

Prices
Technical Review
£2,000
One dbt project and its repository, read across fifteen areas, with every finding checked by a person before you see it.
Migration Assurance
£3,500
One migration, compared asset by asset across the old and new estate, with an optional data check on terms you choose.
Reassessment
£500
After a Technical Review, once your team has made changes. We run the same inputs again, confirm what's fixed and flag anything new.
Re-run before cutover
£750
After Migration Assurance, once your team has fixed what we found. Same spec, run again against the new estate.
Got a larger estate? We'll agree the scope and the price with you before any work starts. We invoice after scoping, and there's no subscription.
What you get with each
The Technical Review tells you what's wrong with one data platform and what to fix first. Migration Assurance tells you whether a migration did what it was meant to, asset by asset. Both end with a walkthrough with your team, and neither needs access to your warehouse.
| Technical Review | Migration Assurance | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | £2,000 | £3,500 |
| Scope | One dbt project and its repository | One migration, up to about 200 assets and 50 table pairs |
| What we check | Fifteen areas, from testing and lineage to BI and AI readiness | Every asset in the old estate against its counterpart in the new one |
| Your data | Never read. We use metadata and the warehouse's own statistics | Your choice: nothing, a verdict per table pair, or the figures |
| A person reviews | Every finding | Every verdict |
| You receive | A report, a worklist and a private portal | A report with a verdict and a reason for every asset |
| Walkthrough | Included | Included |
| Follow-up | Reassessment, £500 | Re-run before cutover, £750 |
The data check in Migration Assurance is optional. Sending nothing still gets you a complete report.
What we work with
We read the files these tools already produce, and nothing here needs a connection to your warehouse. Products marked with a service are supported for that one only.

Your stack isn't listed?
Tell us what you run. We'll look at what it produces and confirm we can read it before we quote anything.
If we can, we build the support for your review and take 25% off the published price, because you're the first to use it. Your report marks which findings come from checks running for the first time. It takes a little longer, and in return we'd ask for your feedback, not your files.
Out of scope
- Doing the fixes. We write the report and tell you how to fix each finding. If you'd like help with the work itself, ask: it's a separate scope.
- Checking individual rows. Neither service reads your tables row by row. That's a data audit, which is a separate offer.
- Larger estates at these prices. Several dbt projects, or a migration over about 200 assets or 50 table pairs, are scoped and priced before work starts.
Questions people ask
Does the price change if we share less data?
No. You pay the same whether you send nothing, verdicts only or the figures. What changes is what the report can tell you, and it says so.
What counts as a larger estate?
More than one dbt project, or LookML, BI and orchestration on top of one, or a migration bigger than about 200 assets or 50 table pairs. We agree the scope and the price before any work starts.
How do we pay?
We invoice after scoping. There's no subscription, no card on file and no sales call needed to find out the price.
